Ahh ic. It's only a technical recession...in terms of jobs, pay, bonus, stock market, property market, car market, it's boom time!

hi i am interested in kyc roles and how do get a job without experience. atm im working in ops side not related to kyc/aml/compliance. suffice to say it needs at least 0-2 years in this role so where can i see myself easily transferring to KYC roles. even if i ask for transfer it is very unlikely since it is specialised role that needs prior experience in field. planning to go to ops risk where i can overshadow officers who are working as kyc analysts perhaps i can learn.

kyc professionals please do advice thank you

Question

Does anyone personally know of anybody who got laid of specifically due to Covid-19? It's strange my dad asked the question the other day and he knew none, neither did me nor my spouse or my circle of friends.

There seems to be some serious disparity between what the news keeps reporting as well as the government budget to "save" jobs, vs the reality on the ground where no jobs have even been lost?
