yes do include the job description in your resume, put it in point form.
it's supposed to summarize so that employers get a rough idea of what you have been doing

In doing so, the resume becomes too long. Who is going to read such a long resume

how long is your resume? it should be about 3 pages in total?

But you were being complained by your ex customers previously weren't you ? And was asked to leave your previous company ?

basically on paper I left willingly to make it feel good. Behind doors another story.

So how you gonna survive with the depleting funds ? Have you any jobs at the moment ?
