Cause you went for 10 interviews means on resume, you’re ok.
That leaves it to the interview itself that might not be landing you a job?

Any advice on how to score the interview?

My job is rather stressful and occasional OT...it’s not that bad till it affects my well being...I wouldn’t say I enjoy the job but pay is not bad.
Would you change to a less stressful job with lesser pay of course, which possibly you will be happier doing?

I'm feeling quite stressed and upset over the job searching thing. I resigned from my previous work due to high level of stress. Was in pte sectors then went into public sector. It was my so-called "dream job" but sadly it was very demanding. I didn't know that working in public can be so politics and lots of red tapes. Managerial post, so my director will contact me almost 24/7. After 3yrs, resign. Took a break of 6 months before i start the job search. More than 3 months of searching and I'm still jobless. Previously when i was taking a break, i don't feel the stress and was confident that i will be able to get a job that i like. I even apply for lower post as i want a simple job so that i can have more work-life balance.
I'm supposed to get an answer by today for a role. The morning is almost gone so i think not going to expect calls liao. I dunno... all i can say is I've nvr felt so lost and upset in my career search before..

Finance field. 37 yr old Singaporean female. Married with 1 kid. The ironic thing is I did indicate my age and marital status on CV but people still have concerns on commitments. Lots of judging.
Honestly i can understand where they are coming from cuz as manager, i interviewed people too. But usually I will still give people chance. The world just doesn't work this way that if you are nice, nice things will happen to you too... ooh well, sorry for the negativity. I'm just feeling so upset.
