Contract says i have to serve 2 weeks before terminating. I really dont see myself working here. Agent said it will reflect badly on my employment status when future companies do background check on my prev job and asks questions why i left within 2 weeks. Guys im a degree holder for godsake. I only started this work to go develop my career upwards within a bank. This bank centre is filled with foreigners and it is an operations centre so not like those banks there is out there.
I just dont want to regret leaving this job after termination notice period and being prevented from getting hire because premature termination of contract period.
I would like some advice pls

Your situation definitely sucks and i have to agree with the post above.

May i ask how do you all move on after an interview? I find myself keep thinking about the interviews subsequent to them... i know i should keep applying and stop thinking about it. If they want to hire me, will give me a call or email. But i just find myself thinking about it overt and over. Any advise?

I didnt ask for an upgrade. I was interviewed for a different product services and then starting of training period I was told that I am upgraded to a different service. I wish that let me know before anyhow putting me into different department. Now i am suffering. I am very slow when learning things. Training was adequately done in 4 days. I failed my tests yesterday and supervisor said i might have to leave work. I didn’t ask for this right? Now tmr another job agent to agent will communicate and know previous job I did so poorly. Wtf man I’m stuck for real. I wanted a banking career and now it’s ruined.

Yes it is up to the company whether u encash ur AL leave or not, it should be stated in the contract. In such cases, you better finish up all the leave or they will be forfeited
