Most of the time, if they want you to leave, companies will give you the chance to resign so that they can say you quit. But now, if the next employer calls them to check, they will say you were fired.

Doesn't matter whether you show payslip of previous mths or not.

Sad there are no chance at all ..

They will call references to check ? or call HR to check ?

Should I put "End of contract" as reason of leaving in resume ?

All i can say is if you apply smaller firms, likely no reference check. Bigger firms usually conduct reference checks

I thought most companies are only allow to tell other companies the start and end date of your employment only ? Is this a void of privacy ?

If you do that and they check with your previous company, and your previous company says you were fired then they will know you are lying. That's an "immediate failure".

Just say you are no longer there because the previous job was not a correct fit for you.

Would like to know if cbs report states multiple loans but credit rating is A, would this pose a problem for pre employment screening with a bank? As long as credit rating has been consistently A.. should be no problem?

What about if credit score is C? Is it a definite no to onboard employee?

If I received termination letter with no reasons from my previous job, anyone can advise what should I put in my resume as reason for leaving for interviews ?

Can I just put reason of leaving as "worklife balance" ? Will anyone be able to find out ?

Use another excuse, but dont use "work life balance". Cos it's a dirty word to bosses, even the kinder ones.
