From in process, it'll change to either Shortlisted or Unsuccessful.

Really depends on organisation and their vetting process, I tried to apply for SPF SO and got the unsuccessful status within 3 days of applying, and a friend who applied the same time as me got shortlisted about 1 month.

After reading so many forums and asking my friends who got into the civil service, they told me this simple thing; No News is Good News. lol!
