In Process liao !!!!!!! Can i ask whether this means we "passed the screening (security?)" ? and also does this means we will at least be granted an interview

Totally no.. it just mean they are processing all applications.. only those selected will be shortlisted and invited for interview.. the rest they totally ignore, when time comes status will change to unsuccesful and email send.. thats it..

i wonder how long will they take to change the status from Processing to Shortlisted?
