Hi all, I have applied for the CPIO job on 17th Aug 2015. I just noticed that my status in Career@Gov changed from Submitted to In Process yesterday 30th Aug.

Currently I am in my final sem of studies at SIM (Bachelor in Information Technology from an Aussie Uni).

Is there anyone else applying for the CPIO post and has yet to get called up for interview?

Hey there @umbrellacorporation! Nice! At least I know of someone who applied too..are you a recent grad? It seems that it may take quite some time before they will call us up for interview (if shortlisted).

And it states that the training will commence somewhere in Feb 2016 (from Career@gov portal)

Hi. I applied for the post on 14aug too with status "in process" too. Haven't get the call but very nervous. My degree is from SIM-UOL so i don't know if i could get in though :/

Nice to know that your status has changed to 'in process'.

The closing date for this job will be on the 4th Sept.
I believe that maybe they will call up after the closing date.
Lets keep each other posted...btw, my degree is from SIM-UOW.

Will they take into account our degree class when recruiting even though we're from private uni? i think will have alot local unis candidates. I don't know how long one normally wait before they receive the call :/ Hope can get in. Good luck everyone!
