Does anyone know if CPIB is considered ministry or stat board?

If you are comtemplating to join or not then better not. I can't imagine cpib staffed with people who aren't sure they want to be there in the first place or people working for money. These people are very prone to corruption

I applied for CPIO in July. Went for the tea session + psychometric assessment and panel interview.

May I know if there are anymore interviews after the panel and how long do we have to wait after the panel interview to know if we made it to the next stage? Thanks!
