Ray here again...
But there is a gap for 2nd lower with NS from maximum 4032 to first tier of 2nd upper 4300+..
I find it weird..
For me with working experience and I feel it's related even though not investigation related..
Can I be asking about 4.5k ?
I think for a second upper with experience should be getting that instead? Or unless the cap for that category at 4.5k is for first class honors..
Whereas me, can only ask around 4.3-4.4k, comparing I have 2.5 years exp should overtake a 2nd upper without exp...
Or even so, with 2.5 years exp to ask for 4.5k should be fine when compared to first class honors with no exp
Logical?

You can think whatever you want, CPIB does not negotiate. You either accept or turn down the fix contract, postulating all sorts of scenario & logic wont help a bit.
