Im in the Div2 scheme

Anyone able to advise on the annual increment for MSO Scheme CONTRACT STAFF?

Typically how many percent i'm looking at?

And if i convert from CONTRACT to PERM. Will there be an increment?

This year is about 8% - 10% depend on performance

8 - 10% based on a A grader standard?

I heard A performer is >10%.

Im also just join as MSO.. first year probation contact whichafter if good change to perm.. my dept only two MSO plus me.. i dunno if chances of getting increment better here since only 2 MSO.. but wrk here not so relax ley, a lot of work.. if 10% increment its really alot.. which mth is the increment reviewed usually?

Which dept/ministry you work for? 2?! So under staffed?

hi.
i start out as a contract staff under a recruitment agency earning $1700 gross.
afterwhich i was converted to a perm and my pay rise to $2000 gross.
now still under probation coz havent one year yet.
i work under one of the home team MSO scheme

I worked in prisons.. there mso very little, a lot of SO.. after probation will our salary increase?
