Hi all,
I’m just finished my study, I’m interested in this field but just would like to check with those “Old Bird” what is the starting pay and the salary structure for those who has experience eg: 5 to 10 years. Appreciate if you could share something over here, example:
Years of experience: XX
Basic Salary Per month: SGDXX
Normal working hour per week: XX hr
Thanks

most resource co. outsource to RPO agents and these recruiters are commission with low base. If recruitment is in-house should be done by ops hr or staffing generalist. 5-10yr exp is am or mgr level 3.5-5k monthly basic

I'm refer to upstream & downstream generally for EPC Contractor, not from Agent. Example Forster Wheeler, JGC, Worley Parson etc....
what is the entry level salary and how about those with years of experience?
Just would like to know how good in this industry, so that i can make a decision whether would like to join in into this industry or others.
Hope the senior from this forum can give me some idea. Thanks

I am very surprise nowadays still got EPC contractors do their hiring in house.
Anyway if it's for non-exec ops to jnr level project mgrs, probably 4-5k max for someone with your experience.
