ICA is an agency under the Home Team (I.e., Ministry of Home Affairs) and thus adopts the same placement policy for both junior and senior officers across other Home Team agencies.

As a diploma holder (or advanced diploma), you'll just be a Junior Officer (meaning NCO grade or Specialist scheme, as they call it).

A buddy of mine whom applied as ICA Senior Officer scheme and his highest qualification that he has attained is Advanced Diploma. They contacted him said that his application is still in process. So, I'm confused.

Im pretty sure the uniformed organisation has gotten abit lax in their requirement. Been a mata for over 5 yrs now.. just a JO but recently attained a degree from PSB academy. I know alot of SO here who enters with SIM degree, a few from SMF. Any bros here care to share if they personally know SO from other uniformed org with degree from pte instituitions as well?
