private and restructured hospital

I am currently working in restructured hospital, in an admin role.

Generally, what is the difference between a RH and private hospital?
In terms of pay, culture, career development, work-life balance etc.

Thanks

Admin roles are paper pushers, people with no career or material aspirations to take up such job, isnt it quite contradictory to take up admin role then ask for career & pay progression?

admin also got career progression...

eg

operation executive-->senior operation executive-->asst manager (operation)-->manager (operation)-->senior manager (operation)-->asst director-->dy director-->director.......

This is a ops career path, not admin.

admin path is like administrator-->supervisor-->admin manager. usually it takes many years just to get promoted. most admin managers are 40+ aunties drawing snr executive pay.

there is no meaningful career & pay progression in admin roles
