Not true based on my exp. DD is more common but definitely not the majority, out of the whole deg career stream I would say only abt 1/4 get promoted to DD in the end.

J.D put min 3 years experience.
Any special tips or "must" look out for during the interview?

Final black&white offer takes about 2-3 weeks.

So if by the nxt day you nv received any call means likely you are rejected?
The hr still informed that need to wait 1-2 weeks for reply.
