Should I call back after 2nd round of interview?
 

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask for your opinion here..

I attended an interview on Last Thursday and it went really well. It was the second (last) interview and on the next day (Last Friday), HR people called me to ask about my benefits and terms, like my working hours, bonus, leave entitlement, dental benefits, etc in my current company.

However, it has been almost a week now and I did not hear anything from them. I am anxious about this job as I wanted it so much.

Should I give them a call? Or Should I just wait? How long should I wait before I give them a call?

Don't see any reason why you shouldn't.

You mean I should give them a call? Will it make me appear too pushy or desperate?

I called the HR one day after my second interview to inquire about the results. The HR replied that I have been accepted and the application is only subjected to approval from the top.

So I don't see why you should not call.

You calling the HR or the manager?

I think 1 week is a fair time to follow-up.

May I know how can I prepare and what kind of questions were asked in 2nd interview? I am scheduled for a 2nd one in financial industry and i dunno what to do. i am a fresh grad and the 1st one took abt 40mins which was one of the longest i have had o.o''..
