for a company that deals exclusively with tech, it is so backward and filled with so many red tape and bureaucracy ....
ihis is a laughing stock within moh and all the healthcare clusters in Singapore.

recent downtime cos of stupid infra fw issues burnt many of our apps team weekends when its not even our fault.
The infra here is so bad that they cant even do preventive maintenance properly

Pls lo, nowadays, is auto send out email on a specific timing. So may do it at 3am in the morning.
