The + and - is around 0.2 difference from the base.
2 is around 2.8 use to be 3.2-3.3
1 grade is around 1 month difference
We got CVB so far is 1 to 1.4
No 13 month

I got grade 2 but the perf bonus is more than 2.8 leh. i used my basic and it is more than 3.3. did i calculate incorrectly?
