The "higher base" is referring to the one-off market adjustment done last year. The increment on base salary this year is definitely not any higher than usual.

Unless they are referring to giving new joiners higher base salary, in which case I have nothing to say.

IHIS just renamed to Synapxe. so long as its useless HR and management remains. the culture change name also will still be as bad.

name changed and mgt always advocate the new building next year to look forward to.
really don't understand what is so big deal as not forgetting those rotten mgt, who likely cant find a job outside and have to stay behind implementing all the crap processes and approvals are still around.

the high turnover rate is really telling us the working culture. look at the new joiners and you are seeing easily 20 staff or more (at one point it is easily 40 and some have to turn away and requested to join the week after). which company in sg has that number of new joiners every week?

The fix for such organistion is always to bring in greenfield personnels to give a kick and boot to old eggs.
