HR asking for payslip after 2nd interview
On the same day after my 2nd interview, HR emailed me to ask for payslip and my latest performance rating as part of their selection process. But it has since been 2 weeks and I have not hear from them.
Does anyone have the same experience? Is it that HR is processing the offer? Is it a standard procedure that they asked for such information from more than 1 shortlisted candidates after second interview?
Thanks in advance!

If a job posting on Career@Govt stated the date advertised but not the closing date, what does this imply? I have learnt that sometimes the agency post job vacancies but not really have the intention to hire, but more for manpower projection purposes for the future. But the job posting is a 6 mth contract basis. I'm confused.

I went to Careers@Gov to look at the job openings. Some of them the openings and closing dates are very close. Does this automatically means that position is in need of personnel? And how about those where the dates are very far apart? Safe to assume those are not really urgent positions?

Hi, I went down for an interview with a stat board about two weeks ago and just received a call stating that I've been shortlisted for the position pending CO approval. Would anyone be able to shed some light on what this means? Thanks!

Legal Service/MinLaw
Hey was wondering if any of you have applied to MinLaw or other branches of the Legal Service before? What is the typical timeline for them giving you a response after the (first interview)? I have been waiting for roughly a month now...
