mine was did the video online interview quiz in late August
then went for the 2nd round (panel interview setting) in mid Sept
my last check-in with the HR team 2 weeks ago was that selection process is still on-going

better thn a straight rejection?

yeh better than rejection (for now). had friends who asked for an update status from hr after their interviews, if rejected, they can inform you the day itself. this isn't the answer you want but you're still safe.

wah if they inform u abt the rejection right after u barely left the interview venue a bit very fast

well they could have just inform yes/no so tt can haf closure and move on.

cos website put that within 2 weeks of interview, successful candidates would be offered the deal so if it's like anything beyond 2 weeks, sounds pretty much the death sentence from the looks of it isn't it

but since they can tell me selection process is still on-going, in a way not tt bad cos my app is still alive.

on the other hand though, if selection process is still on-going, thats mean there is competition out there...also kind of sian

wah you really took what i said too literally haha. no la, i meant like 1 week after interview, asked the HR what's the outcome, then they'd tell you its either still processing or a rejection email on that day itself.

personal experience is that if its a very specialized role, the whole hiring process can be quite fast.

don't think so
depends on how the respective SB/ministry's HR people r proactive/prompt with the update

there was an earlier app of mine whh the interview was unsuccessful (another SB)
but status still show in progress
