The rule is they wont promote the person because he now has a degree. But he can apply a new role and job under the degree job lvel role

Hi
Anyone got exp of CS lowball if now you are underpaid in the private sector and state expected salary as only a bit higher? Will you still be paid within the range or they will give you what you put since lower?
TIA!
