Sorry for the typo, I meant at which stage they inform you were rejected? Is it straight after the 2nd interview or it was a few weeks after the 2nd interview?

Took about 3 months after 2nd interview to get verbal offer, and recently signed the offer for a perm role in a ministry. The wait was quite a while but I checked back with my HR contact every few weeks or so for updates, I think there's no harm touching base with them once in a while.

I got the rejection email like more than 3 months after my 2nd interview 😂

Default Provisional Offer

Hi!

Could anyone advise what's the next step after hr emailed to make a provisional offer? is reference checks cleared?

offer is a 1y contract. extension of contracts or convert to perm depends on performance and availability of position. is it common?

3 months considered fast lo, I waited for 5 months before... by then doing other things liao

I have a peer that got cleared in 1 month time recently. SB under MHA. It seems weird why there is such a big difference in security clearance timeline. Is yours defence related?
