Mine was a tea session (group interview) via Zoom - there r 4 candidates including me. During the session, one of the interviewer who was the SM (should be future RO) mentioned that we may have to complete a assessment test in MS excel but details r not confirmed yet.

Ohh mine was a video interview. 3 Directors, 1 HR and me.

I don't have an assessment test tho.

Mine is an IT position, not sure about yours.

Ohh, mine don't have any case study & presentation. But I have gotten the offer already. 2 weeks after the 2 rounds interview.

Mine is g50, Reference check that's it at once.
Waited 2 months and got email from HR passed.
Then 1 week later official letter and benefit package to sign.
Glad the smooth process and happy with the offer about 18% increment.
Hope I can cope and perform well and go to next category.

Is it right to say that G50 forms are for MINDEF / defence sector only?

Applied for a sb under MHA and filled up a supplementary form to PSAF (provides family members details & some declarations) instead of a G50. What does PSAF stand for?

Public Service Application Form. Just a generic form to fill up. I'm curious about the G50 too, those orgs that don't need G50, how they conduct screening?

hi everyone,

i am currently on a contract by an agency for a SB. Recently, had the opportunity to be interviewed by a Min for a position. i went through two rounds, with the last one being with the director of the group, this was on a friday morning. The following Mon, i got a call from the HR saying that they like me, and are going to do reference checks, and if all that goes well, i would be offered. that was last monday. it's been a week+ now and my references have submitted the docs necessary, but i still haven't heard back, and i'm getting anxious because this position needed to be filled in relatively soon anyone in same boat? should i ask the HR or just continue waiting?
