Never. After my interview, they contacted me to submit credit report and go through final stage which is a 3 hour test. And then after that they told me they are conducting reference checks and screening. Thats about it.

you previously worked in ministry before? when did you leave/why? is the current job application related to that?

Yes. My contract ended. This job applied for is related, i would say its the same same job scope just that its contract to perm.

Why wasnt your contract renewed?

No headcount. It was just one year contract.

HUH? Why got "3 hour" test one. Its ridiculously long. Can hint which roughly which Ministry and nature of the role ?
