Don't trust the status update, it's usually inaccurate. I've been with my SB for 3 months now and it still says "shortlisted" lol sometimes HR doesnt update the system. If you've signed the letter of offer then you're basically confirmed, you're bound by black and white already.

First time working in a SB, would like to ask if a letter of offer sent initially equates to a contract? Does the letter of offer include the types of bonuses an employee is entitled to? Thanks in advance

Shouldn’t be long, took less than 1 wk for me
