You see, this can go many ways.
-They have taken into consideration your complaints you have for your last employment. (So, the letter you are going to submit better gel with what you've said) - the irony.
-Since you are of the view that the panel is quite positive about you, you continued to receive a call from the HR, then just pray.

OH! CONGRATZ. What happens next. Have you been scheduled for medical? Medical comes before any further discussion. Logic is what for discussing the contract should you even not be fit medically.

stay positive, since they asked for referral, they will most likely use it as a support for their report

This salary range sound like high possibility of 24 hours standby, shift work, overtime, burn family time. SPF also like that. My friend in SPF super passionate but this is the reality. Where else give u this kind of money and C grade more than 2 months bonus. Only uniform.
When they 2 days shift, 2 days off, can go moonlight somemore take home a bucket of gold.

Agreed. Two things are increasingly giving candidates an edge now. Solid referral / testimonial and portfolio. Give it a couple of days more, some companies may actually call the referral to find out if it's a "blank cheque"
Hang in there a couple of days, its looking positive.
