Hi went for a interview 2 weeks ago, was told would take 2months to be told instead of the usual within 1 month period. Does that mean chances are low? There was total of 5 of us being interviewed.

Maybe HR is conducting batches of interviews, and yours is possibly the earlier batch? Besides, it’s nearing end of the year. People going and clearing leave.

Went for a interview exactly last month at one of the organ of state. Was informed that there’s only one interview. Called HR today to inquire as I was informed that they will update within 2-3 weeks after the interview. HR mentioned that it’s still “processing” and “position has not been filled yet.” I don’t understand what that means. Could it mean that they are processing my package and etc or I’m a second choice? From what I gathered and based on past experience with the same organisation, I would get a rejection email within 3 weeks from the interview.

Had provided formal acceptance of provisional offer by a ministry, but have not signed letter of appointment at VITAL.
If i back out from that and take another offer, there won't be any penalties right?

Hi, does anyone know how long VITAL typically takes to contact you for signing of contract, after offer has been accepted with the Min/SB? tia!
