You're probably not their first choice candidate hence they have not gotten back to you in case the top candidates reject the offer. Once the position is filled, you'll probably receive a rejection email. Usually it can take 3-4 weeks for that, but if yoy don't get any response by then, it's best to assume you did not get the job.

I was informed as shortlisted and asked to fill up forms. After meeting HR to submit the forms by hand, HR informed me that the hiring process will hand over to Vital.

Maybe HR needs more time to seek approval for your salary package before handing over to Vital.. Have they inforned you what your salary would be like? I presume that HR would need to ascertain that you are agreeable to the salary package before Vital takes over, as Vital only handles purely admin processes and not salary negotiation. (You have to agree to the salary from HR so that Vital can put that in the contract)

Yeah there was no offer on the final amount yet so maybe waiting on that. Guess its December so things may take a while longer as well.

Anyone know why some agencies are quick to update the outcomes as unsuccessful one or two days after applying for the job openings, despite the applicant having meet their listed requirements?
