Nope. HR is more likely to delay till next year when all are back to work.

Applied to SB
+1 month - Phone call to schedule first interview
+1 week - Informal panel (in-person) with Dir and DDs
+1 week - Panel (in-person) with same Dir + Grp Dir and HR
+3 weeks - Email offer, nego within same week, turned down offer

Default SB interview timeline

I attended interview in early Nov, was informed on the spot that results would be out in 2 wks. However, when I called the HR on the 3rd week, he verbally told me that they were still reviewing and would get back to me within another 4 weeks. What are my chances now and anyone has ever encountered this?

looks like its limbo
assume the HR hasnt ask u to submit info to do background checks, likely is the deciding party ie the panel got folks havent come bck to a consensus?

surely they want to reach a prelim outcome before folks start to clear leave in Dec
<which can be difficult to find folks to follow up if ppl start going on long leave)
