3 months tough even for manager roles unless you want to sign for uniform service

Applied for 2 jobs in 1 agency, 1 role went for interview, another role the job reposted >1 month already under same application and never call means no hope?

your current coy is dam dirty n dealing u low blows.

no executive roles should ever have 3 months notice period. your rank n salary alr so low, WTH does your current coy need 3 months to find an ideal replacement? they are just making use of u. period.

if i were u, i'll just resign n serve the notice period n find a new job after. but honestly la, i feel that no coy in the current market is willing to wait 3 months just for a new executive to join them. if u dun believe me, u can go ask around your clique of frens or family.
