unless is u cao kuan until sibey jialat, then blacklist bah

the caveat looks like a disguised form of saying "Sorry we don't have headcount to emplace u at end of the contract"

Ya, I have received the offer letter and completed all the necessary procedures, including a medical checkup. Now just wait for the on boarding day.

I think I am shortlisted as probably the top 3 candidate but not the first choice. Interviews, assessment and ref checks completed but still no offer. Think waiting for the first choice to accept before providing update. Email to HR standard reply still processing. If all done and pending clearance for offer they will say right for fear of missing out on a candidate?

if my current job got 3 mth notice period does that hurt my chances of gettjng interviews in gov sector? so far apply a lot but no interview calls 🥲 just trying for executive roles
