Has anyone ever had to wait a month for a verbal offer? Or more even? Waiting for a SB to get back to me and they said itíll take more time to get back to me. This waiting period is a bit wild this is a smaller SB to be fair

I waited for 2 weeks for the verbal offer. I texted the HR twice a week to follow up on the status.

verbal offer as in with some ball-park salary or is ask u submit g50 form to do background screening?

or does your potential work nature in the new SB require u to handle sensitive info?

offered 2 jobs, one hybrid but lower pay, one daily in office but higher pay, about 15% more, which one should I take? does it make sense to trade in 15% of $$ for hybrid working mode?

when u say lower pay for offer 1 and 15% more pay for offer 2,

u meant comparing the pay to your current job?

Offer 1, work in office , the salary same as my current salary
Offer 2, hybrid working mode, my current salary minus 15%

I prefer hybrid but there will be a pay cut

Currently working daily in office, finally has an offer that can work from 2 days per week that I always wanted, but pay cut of about 15% from my current salary, should I take it ? My kids still young so always wanted to spend time with them.

I am currently earning about $110,000 annually but am considering joining STB with an offer of about $85,000 due to the flexible hours and hybrid work arrangement. main reason is young kids
