Been 3 weeks for me lol, emailed vital also alr but no reply also. Hotline also not online.

Training would comprise OJT, shadowing the experienced officers, and defensive training for officers in enforcement branches. Not too sure about equipment given.

The only time when they ask you would have been during the interview ie your preference. Subsequently, you do not have a choice as to where they post you to. Its all based on manpower needs and availability of vacancies. Just a few months back, new officers used to be all posted to either enforcement/frontline branches for 6 months before being rotated to other branches, but there has been a change recently.
Enforcement/frontline branches with shift are entitled to shift allowance, and maybe risk allowance depending on which branch it is.

Ever heard of officers who posted to air checkpoint and the next posting is posted to enforcement branch?
