Hey Guys,

Do anyone know if under movement policy (i.e., statboard to ministry), can the increment be bought over to the new job? I understand that the bonuses can be bought over. How about the increment?

Yah, HR contacted me 2hrs after the interview and expressed that would proceed with the recruitment process…I checked in with them 2 weeks ago, and still processing….suffering from the long wait

Mine is 7th week. Been suffering from the long wait as well.

What’s your degree and classification? 3.6K is with or without NS?

If got other offer, please reject PSA. Progression **** and increment very little since your starting pay is pretty low.

3.6 is not Low ok, I’ve got friends with NS getting lesser than that

I am a fresh diploma grad and trying to land myself a job in LTA but it seems difficult cos most of their positions require a degree.. I didn’t see a lot of diploma roles being advertised for LTA, this have been quite sometime already. Anyone can shed some light as to why some sb don’t hire as much diploma lvl roles as others?
