And which MX grade does this LTA grade peg against?

Anyone working in MSF FDG? Can check if all staff start with 2 years contract and what are the chances of converting to perm after 2 years? Is there progression/ MI and PB for contract staff? Thank u!

Okay thanks! Sometimes I wish all stat boards can review their schemes of services to be mapped into CS so it's easier for making comparisons especially now that they allow seamless movement between SB and Min and vice-versa.
