the breakdown for 4 components you mentioned are not really important hahaha, unless you somehow underperform super big time then the 'monthly variable' might be affected (super rare, unheard of).

a point to note is to check the pay grade for mx 12 - its usually a range.... see if you are in the upper or lower part of this range?

Hello, it's a 2 years contract. Now govts jobs all 2 years or 1 year contract.

Idk my MX12 pay range tho. So idk am I the upper or lower range. They offer me 5000, so I take haha. I ask for 5000 also.

Round 1: Video Interview with 3 directors, 1 HR.

Round 2: Phone Interview with the Overall Head Director.

Analyst/Senior Analyst Position.

But after round 1 interview, they sort of verbally agree to hire me.

After 2nd Interview, took around 3-4 weeks to get offer contract.

Was round 1 the group interview (tea session)? Was told that shortlisted candidates, HR will contact them again in 1-2 weeks' time for round 2.

I am done with round 1. Really hope they will contact me further for round 2 (final interview)... keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

I went for PSD interview last Friday and immediately the HR asked for my ic front and back for further processing. Does anyone know what does this mean?

My round 1 interview was a video interview via Zoom not a tea session. Anyway, you have to keep follow up and push them at least once per week, and ask them about the status.

Immediately after my interview I email the HR on when is my round 2 interview.

You cannot just leave there hanging for 1-2 weeks. They may just forget.

They ask for my NRIC before the interview. Anyway, you all have to proactive and keep email them to push for the process.

Mine is g50, Reference check that's it at once.
Waited 2 months and got email from HR passed.
Then 1 week later official letter and benefit package to sign.
Glad the smooth process and happy with the offer about 18% increment.
Hope I can cope and perform well and go to next category.
Hi,

Do they a 100% do reference check. it has been 3.5 months since submission of G50 and my referee told me they haven't contacted her yet. No updates as asked by HR yet.

Thanks for ur advice & will follow-up with them.

Mine was a tea session (group interview) via Zoom - there r 4 candidates including me. During the session, one of the interviewer who was the SM (should be future RO) mentioned that we may have to complete a assessment test in MS excel but details r not confirmed yet.
