Anyone applied back to your former workplace at ministry/stat board but different department? If the Hr or hiring Dept does reference check with your former HOD, possible to request them to referencd with my former RO (who know my work better) and not HOD as the latter is likely to be biased and give a negative review?

Hi all , noticed that now career@gov application doesn't require you to fill in your current and expected salary. I am currently a mx11 officer and keen to apply for an available opening with another agency. However the available opening seemed to be mx12 position. Advisable to still go ahead to apply and any chance if it can be under movement policy if offered under such case?

We can't advise unless you give more details.
What is stated in your warning letter (things u didnt do well). There must be some truths to it right?
Past performances doesnt mean anything if u become a lousy/bad employee over time...

Logically should tell u verbally they will offer u
Then followed by clearance. Because if clearance can't clear then no point ask u sign contract.
