Classification (unless it’s FCH/dean’s list) often do not bear as much weight as your internship experience. As long as you clocked in at least one relevant internship with a decent firm, that will set up nicely to get shortlisted.

I went for interview with one of the department under Ministry and it was good and cordial. Had good vibes after and the HR told me will get back within one to two weeks. A week has passed without any news, and I realised the job ad is being reposted in the careersg page and JobStreet. Does this mean my chance is zero already? Thanks

MOE school counsellor untrained
applied for the above in mid Aug, application closed in mid Sep, my status is still "submitted". Am I still under consideration?
Anyone can share your timeline for MOE non-teaching positions?

don't think it should be seen as a negative sign, many job ads on portals are automatically reposted... just check in with them again at the 2 week mark!
for mine, they told me 2 weeks, but when i checked in after 2 weeks they said they still had interviews... but they offered me about 2 more weeks later (1 mth after interview)! they usually dont stick to their timelines....

It doesn’t hurt to contact your HR for updates.
Also don’t take it too negatively, it’s common practice for employees (both private and govt) to wait it out and generate a larger applicant pool before making a final decision especially amidst these times where they can afford to be especially picky.
