I have not been accepted before. Usually the rejections after interview that I get are at least 4 weeks onwards. Some of my peers are able to get accepted after interview as fast as 1-2 weeks, and some as slow as a few months

ahh thanks so much for sharing! this is my first time applying, am a lil shocked by the Long waiting time as always been in private/MNCs where it’s significantly faster.

Does any one know by currently having public service experience will help to secure another relevant role in another ministry or statboard more easily?
Do HR take in consideration of this?

Obvioisly lah. Can dont be such a stupiak park and ask such question? You telling me next employer wont ask abt ur previous public sector experience?
A lot of pple here now jobless so can you pls dont ask questions which obviously gives you an added advantage
