Re-negotiate salary after accept verbally?

I have just accepted a job offer this morning verbally, over a phone call. But the salary offer is lower than what I have expected. I spent the whole of today thinking about it, and regretted that I did not negotiate with the HR over the phone for a higher salary.

Is it ok if I call them back tomorrow morning, to ask them if the salary is still open to negotiation?

I would hestitate as i may be perceived as greedy.

You've already compromised your negotiating position by saying yes.

They have no incentive to reopen negotiation.

Unles you are a specialist or senior level manager, better don't try this kind of stunt.

Even if HR willing to give in, they will just "take it back" later by reducing your bonus and increment potential.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah, I've decide to just move on. Didn't want to take the risk, since I really wanted this job.
