How much leave do you have a year?
I was quite surprised to hear some places have 20/21 days leave upon starting and it increases by 2 days every 2 years. How much leave do you all have?

21 days annual leave
14 days of unrecorded leave 12 days of medical leave 20 days of training leave 60 days hospitalization leave |
International telecommunication equipment vendor for cellular network.
25 days per annum. |
21 days Annual Leave (can sell 14 days of leave to cash)
Hence, only require to take 7 days of leave each year. Too many days of leave also no use, most important is to convert it to cash. |

MC: infinite Most colleagues just claim the MC whenever they don't want to come for work, commonly seen in sgpore. |
Haha infinite MC. Your boss must be blind.

I think most banks are betwee 18-24 days annual leave la.
I had 24 days leave when I was in a US bank. Now at a JP bank, it is 20 days but rises to 25 days after 5 years. I also have 60 days medical leave but boss say try not to exceed 30 per year. Last year I only used about 10+ because it was my first year at work. wanted to create a good impression. |
10+ days of MC in ayear to create a good impression??? I have less than 10 days of MC in my over 10 years of working !
24 days of leave annually.. I normally finish them or carry over less than 10 days to the following year.. I rarely take short leave though.. apart fm the occasional day off to run errands... at least 1 week at a time but mostly 2-4 weeks at 1 go |
