Annual leave question
Under the Employment Act, it states that:
"An employee is entitled to Annual Leave if they meet the following conditions:
He/she is covered under Part IV of the Employment Act
He/she has worked for at least three months"
If my position draws more than $2,000 monthly (i.e. not covered under Part IV), what is my minimum annual leave entitlement?
