reservist ICT while serving 1 month notice?
 

Suppose I have reservist from 9-13 july, and I submit my 1 months notice on 8 June. What usually happens if I have lots of leave, like 3 weeks?

Do they usually stretch your last day till 1 week after 13 July so your ICT time is not included in the leave, or do you go for ICT and have it considered as vacation leave by your org?

What's the usual process for this?

you can buy back leave, mean you trade in your leave for $$$$, if you serve 1 week ICT, mean notice left 3 week, you may consider let you company buy back like 2 week so leave for cash(subjected to CPF), then you come back to office do your handling of stuff , clearance ...over..
