Definitely. not as fresh grad, probably those with scholarship and master degrees will hit 5 digit after a few years.

This is not guaranteed though.
If your master is not relevant to your job scope, they will not take that into account.
If it is relevant, they you will have an edge over promotion, but that itself is also subjected to the availability of position and internal & external competitors.

A senior engineer (under building & infrastructure) with 15 years of exp at DSTA can earn how much in basic salary assuming average performance at these years, with NS, 2nd lower NUS.

Should be somewhere around the MX11 or MX10 scale.
MX10 (Senior Management) $7,000 to $11,470
MX11 (Middle Management) $4,740 to $8,305
