Progression in training and competence in Insurance industry
hello all,
I am exploring the option of going to the T&C (Training and competency) department on a executive level in an insurance company. Would appreciate if you guys has ideas of the career progression of the role and the remunerative.

Typical normal back office exec role. If degree 2.2 to 2.4k, diploma 1.7 to 1.8k

For low level support staff they give what end of year just take & be thankful, what company performance is there?

How about working in risk management dept of an insurance company? starting pay, progression and job scope wise.
