Benefits & Leave Policy
Hi,
What are some cool benefits you get at work? Also what is your leave policy like?
For myself:
1k flexi benefits a year
Medical/Dental insurance
20 days annual leave
increase by 1 day per year till 24 days
every 5 years 1 month paid sabbatical
Free soda/snacks/coffee
free cab home if work later than 8pm

Except for the sabatical, the rest looks pretty standard benefits most big co. will give. Flexi is on the low side though...

Starting Annual Leave : 15 ( nothing to shout about )
Medical Benefits : Under Allianz insurance - 3K USD Dental, 5k USD Outpatient, Inpatient almost unlimited , Maternity expenses covered. Extended to family members

My ex company - Sanmina Sci ( US MNC Manufacturing Company in Chai Chee )
Leaves : 14 for a start
Dental - $50 after one year of service
Medical - Outpatient claims
Pantry - Hot/Cold water dispenser and a basin
Staff Welfare : Jog around the company

Annual Leave - 20 days
Birthday Leave - 1 day
Family Off - 3 days
Flex - 2750 for outpatient & dental & vision & holiday
Pantry - Like mama shop cauz my GM like soft drink & snacks
Gym - Planet Fitness corporate membership
Petrol - 350 mthly Shell card

Annual Leave - 14 days (increment of 1 day every year - maximum of 25 days)
Child care leave - 3 days
Examination Leave days - 3 days
Medical - HSBC Insurance
Pantry - Simple snacks and drinks
Car Allowance - $850/month
Handphone Allowance - $75/month
Dental / Optical - $150/year
