Yar i definitely think that the below statement is a gross exaggeration:
"Basic lower than government, but bonus very high 9-12 mths depending on performance." unless it applies to senior management and not for rank and file staff

Mining industry is down in the dumps due to low commodity prices. Just go read up about iron ore and coal prices. Besides BHP and Rio also look at Vale, FMG and Glenmore Xstrata.

Rio tinto has a graduate program in Singapore.
Anyone with more information on it?
Prospects wise, renumeration package and also how hard to get into such a program?
Hope to hear of any advice.
