Find a personal banker and ask him? Call James Lye at Citibank?

the usual path for most bank will be:

personal banker, senior personal banker , junior premier banking banker, premium banking, senior premium banking and with enough HNW client u proceed to private banker.
(some banks uses the title relationship manager, some personal wealth manager etc)

Apart from that you can choose not to move into premier banking and move to management, from assistant branch manager to branch manager.

Or with qualifications such as CFA,Masters and relevant experiences, can move into a more advisory position such as portfolio management.

hope this helps
