Work is mostly independent work, however subject to quite a few level of reporting. On top of main portfolio, will have quite a number of side assignments. So need manage your time well.

Culture-wise, quite family oriented as most staff are married with kids. If you are into work-life balance, quite alright.

As for progression, similar to other SBs, ie job grade and pay grade progression. HDB is a very big organisation (>5000), so will be hard to stand out. Starting pay for engineers doing engineering work should be quite attractive, but progression wise will be quite steady.

anyone went for estate manager (both customer relations & housing mgt) interview last month and got offered/ rejected already ? Thanks.

They mentioned that it will take 2 to 3 weeks but I have not heard from them.
