Administrative Manager
Hi anyone knows how is it like to work as an Administrative Manager at HDB? Is it recommended? In terms of working hours and colleagues. Thanks!

Hi, I'm going for an interview for the post of Engineer as a fresh grad this coming week. Does anyone have an opinion on the culture, work, and progression there? Thank you!

Work is mostly independent work, however subject to quite a few level of reporting. On top of main portfolio, will have quite a number of side assignments. So need manage your time well.
Culture-wise, quite family oriented as most staff are married with kids. If you are into work-life balance, quite alright.
As for progression, similar to other SBs, ie job grade and pay grade progression. HDB is a very big organisation (>5000), so will be hard to stand out. Starting pay for engineers doing engineering work should be quite attractive, but progression wise will be quite steady.
